Welcome to Bridge
Adobe Bridge, on the Mac, is a Finder replacement - on the PC it is an Explorer replacement. from wikipedia
In short, Bridge is an application with many features that help you facilitate project and asset management. If you are a production designer you will find Bridge a very useful and time saving management tool.
Adobe Bridge is an organizational program created and released by Adobe Systems as a part of the Adobe Creative Suite, beginning with CS2. Its primary purpose is to link the parts of the Creative Suite together using an interface similar to the file browser found in previous versions of Adobe Photoshop. It is accessible from all other components of the Creative Suite.
